AIRBNB - SHORT TERM RENTALS:

We will be diving into three ways to acquire properties:
A.) Co-Hosting: (FREE) Co-hosting basically means that the landlord or property owner are the ones still in charge of the bills and all, you and your team are the property management company. With the automations and tools we set you up with, you could manage up to 40 properties across the country without having to be present! Wow!

B.) Airbnb Arbitrage: ($500-$5000 - can use biz credit) Arbitrage means that you are renting from the landlord or property management company and they are allowing you to sublease for a certain time frame with the PERMISSION to list it on those platforms. Revenue will be predicted through our profit calculator populator.

C.) Investing In Property ($10k-$250K) - One of my first properties that I rented as arbitrage I was able to buy within a year! Heavy heavy due diligence fees and lawyers and all the fun that comes with owning your first home or couple! Either way, we will teach you how to scale to this level and make sure that you have a game plan in a year to purchase one of your properties. IF you don't own a home now, then this is ALSO great preparation for you! Grants, programs, and other assistance will be giving as guides.

From Day 1 to Day 60 our goals are as follows:
1.) Creating you an LLC w/ a business portfolio set up with it (D&B numbers, etc.),
2.) Going over business credit while also fixing your personal credit and finances,
3.) Locating the PERFECT location for your first Airbnb property!
4.) Locating 3 homes/units to lock down for you in those areas,
5.) We will help you pitch to the landlords and handle any objections,
6.) Secure a "Yes" for your first property,
7.) Furnished or Unfurnished, we will help you decorate with a touch of your taste,
8.) Listing the property on all five platforms we use including Airbnb, but not limited to,
9.) Set up all your automation to get paid in your sleep,
10.) Help you hire contractors to make sure that you have a team, and fix your listing so that costs don't come out of your pockets,

Have no fear, your "making money in your sleep" solution is here! Have you ever heard of investing in stocks and why the rich get richer and the poor gets poorer? That's because the poor were taught to spend by necessity and leave by necessity - even though the American Dollar is supposed to be working for YOU, not the other way around.

With that being said, A stock, also known as equity, is a security that represents the ownership of a fraction of the issuing corporation. That means when you invest $5 dollars into Walmart - based on how much and how well that company does you will grow your investment by a percentage - whether that is pennies or dollars, is based on your investment total.

3.) Use databases to identify the stocks and trades being conducted by CONGRESS who also dictates law to see how that aligns in our benefit.

4.) Open you up a brokerage account that's free.

5.) Provide you a cheat sheet on investing 101 and the things to pay attention to.

6.) Show you how to set up notifications on your investments so you don't have to go digging for them.

7.) Allow you to further learn what your money is doing for you while providing you monthly updates on what your stock is doing.

8.) By the end of this portion, you will have three stocks, crypto, or REITS you are invested in, where you did not do anything else but see where you were spending. You shouldn't have to be a consumer when you can receive money for other people's contributions too.
